Sitting, relaxed, gently begin to breathe in a slow, quiet, start releasing your emotions, anguish, pain …
Suffering surfaces and let it go, leave you, you look like a gray cloud coming out of your body and evaporates … Drops anguish, sadness loose, release the pain in that ocean of light and receiving the healing.

Do not tie yourself to thinking of light … you are free … Just feel the light … and stay in it … She has got into you …

It is God’s light, healthy love, you feel deprived of anxiety. ..

Listen to your body, listen to the feelings … they alert you what’s wrong
Feel the life force in your body, God heals, restores your body, your mind, your consciousness …

You receive the breath of life, the light of God is healing every cell of your body. The pain is dispelled by the presence of God.

Peace in the Soul, for the first level of meditation method

“Path to the Sacred”

It is a CD intended for your soul, and will guide you through spiritual inspiration. It will help you acquire the habit of meditating
