And you begin to see who you are. Travel to the inside, do not miss, do not leave you, inside you again: this is your reality, you discover your own nature
And you discover that there is no beauty or ugliness, because everything is light there is no right or wrong, all is light …

This reduces the excessive production of adrenaline. Focus your attention on a thought you’ve chosen.

Peace in the Soul, for the first level of meditation method

“Path to the Sacred”

It is a CD intended for your soul, and will guide you through spiritual inspiration. It will help you acquire the habit of meditating

When you meditate recalls. “Do not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.”
 And remember the true meditation is to concentrate solely on the Spirit.
